Service overview (17th Feb. 2024)

MV Enterprise (hereinafter referred to as MVE) provides the following four types of services to customers living outside of Japan.

①Product storage/overseas forwarding service.
Example of a problem: If you find something you want at a SHOP in Japan and there is a payment method, but shop do not support international shipping.
Proposed solution: When the customer signs a purchase contract with SHOP, if the delivery address is set to MV ENTERPRISE, MVE will forward the product to the customer.

②Proxy purchase/overseas forwarding service (A)
Example of a problem: There is something you want at a SHOP in Japan, but there is no way for you to pay for it yourself.
Proposed solution: The customer provides MVE with the SHOP name and purchase item information, MVE makes the purchase from the SHOP on the customer’s behalf, and after MVE receives the customer’s item, MVE will forward it to you.

③ Product proxy purchase/overseas forwarding service (B)
Example of a problem: You want to purchase a specific product that may be sold in Japan, but you don’t know which SHOP sells it.
Proposed solution: The customer presents MVE with purchase product information (product name, estimated purchase price from the Shop), and MVE sets purchase conditions (store information and actual sales price) based on that information. We will present it to the customer.
After you agree to the terms of purchase, MVE will make the purchase from the SHOP on your behalf, and once MVE receives your item, MVE will forward it to you.

④Proxy purchase/overseas forwarding service (C)
Example of a problem: If you want someone to bid on your behalf for an auction being held in Japan.
Proposed solution: Customer presents MVE with product name and MAX-BID including domestic delivery fee.
MVE will participate in the auction based on that information, purchase from SHOP when the bid is established, and transfer the product after MVE receives the customer’s product.
     When selecting the auction to participate in, the selection method will be described separately in the T&C.
