Service terms and conditions

Service overview

MV Enterprise (hereinafter referred to as MVE) provides the following four types of service

to customers living outside of Japan.

①Product storage/overseas forwarding service

Examples of problems:

If you find something you want at a SHOP in Japan and

have a payment method, but the SHOP does not support international shipping.

Proposed solution:

When a customer signs a purchase contract with SHOP, if the delivery address

is set to MV ENTERPRISE, MVE will forward the product to the customer.

②Proxy purchase/overseas forwarding service (A)

Examples of problems:

If there is something you want at a SHOP in Japan, but there is no way to

pay by yourself.

Proposed solution:

The customer provides MVE with the SHOP name and purchase item information,

MVE makes the purchase from the SHOP on the customer’s behalf, and after

receiving the customer’s item, MVE transfers the item to the customer.

③ Product proxy purchase/overseas forwarding service (B)

Example of a problem:

If you want to purchase a specific product that is likely to be sold in Japan,

but you do not know the SHOP that sells it.

Proposed solution:

The customer presents MVE with purchase product information (product name,

expected purchase price from the Shop), and MVE presents purchase conditions

(store information and actual sales price) to the customer based on that

information. After you agree to the terms of purchase, MVE will make

the purchase from the SHOP on your behalf, and after receiving the item,

MVE will forward it to you.

④Proxy purchase/overseas forwarding service (C)

Example of a problem:

If you want someone to bid on your behalf for an auction being held in Japan.

Proposed solution:

The customer presents the product name and MAX-BID including domestic

shipping to MVE. MVE participates in the auction based on that information,

purchases from SHOP when the bid is established, and after MVE receives

the product, transfer the product to the customer. When selecting the auction to

participate in, the selection method will be described separately in the T&C.

Terms & Conditions

MVE sets the following conditions in providing the four services.

<Common/Overall matters for the four services>

  1. This service is limited to members who reside outside of Japan.

(Membership fee itself is free)

    If you are not a member at the time of application for the four services,

please apply using a format that also serves as a membership application.

  1. Payment for services will be based on the DEPOSIT balance system, and you

will be required to deposit at least the minimum amount deemed necessary

for the transaction based on the estimate issued before the transaction

begins. If the customer requests a refund of the DEPOSIT balance after

completing the relevant transaction, MVE will settle and refund the remaining balance.

   If there is no request for return, we will issue a DEPOSIT balance sheet and

prepare for the next transaction.

  1. If one year has passed with no further transactions despite the DEPOSIT

balance remaining, MVE will contact the customer regarding the need for

continuation, settlement, or refund of the DEPOSIT balance. If we do not

receive a response to that inquiry within one month, DEPOSIT will

automatically disappear.

  1. We will disclose the actual costs of the amounts paid by MVE to external

vendors through transactions with customers (purchase amount, domestic

shipping fees, international shipping fees)

(including the winning bid amount in auctions).

  1. Regarding cancellation of services after the contract is established,

please check the individual terms and conditions for each service.

  1. To pay the deposit and service fee, the designated MVE will issue a

Paypal invoice, so please make the payment accordingly.

There are no fees charged to the customer. Please contact us for payment

options other than Paypal.

(7) Refunds will also be transferred to your Paypal account.

(8) All pricing for services is in Japanese yen.

(9) For international transportation of eligible products, we will basically use

Yamato Transport International Takkyubin, but depending on the situation,

we may use post office services or others.

(10) If the product you wish to purchase or transfer using this service falls outside

the scope of normal parcels due to its size, weight, or shape,

the transportation method and pricing will be handled individually.

(11) Although MVE does not charge the customer for Japanese domestic

consumption tax, the Japanese domestic consumption tax paid by MVE that

is incurred when performing services such as purchasing cannot be refunded

to the customer.

(12) Depending on the product, import duties or consumption taxes may be

imposed in your country of residence.

<Conditions specific to service ①>

  1. After MVE presents the quotation, the service contract will come into effect

when the customer’s application confirmation documents are sent and

the DEPOSIT remittance is confirmed.

  1. After the service contract comes into effect, cancellation is possible until

the product arrives at MVE, but a cancellation fee of 1,500 yen will be charged

(offset) from the DEPOSIT balance.

   If you would like a refund, we will refund it to your Paypal account.

If you do not wish for a refund, we will issue a DEPOSIT balance statement

and notify you.

   Generally, we cannot accept cancellations after MVE receives the product.

Cases will be dealt with on an individual basis.

  1. If a customer who is a member uses the service ① before depositing DEPOSIT

and the customer’s purchased product is delivered to MVE, MVE will keep

the product and issue an estimated invoice to the customer. However,

if payment is not completed within 30 days after receiving the product,

we assume that the customer agrees that the ownership of the product will

be transferred to MVE.

  1. If the product received by MVE violates or is suspected of violating the law

in Japan, we will report it to public institutions and related ministries.

If it is determined that there is a violation of laws and regulations,

you will be asked to relinquish ownership, regardless of whether

it is confiscated or not. If the information is not deemed to be in violation

of laws and regulations, we will continue forwarding it to the customer.

  1. If the product received by MVE is prohibited from being shipped overseas,

we will attempt to return it to the shipping company. If the return is refused,

ownership will be transferred to MVE and disposed of.

  1. If we are unable to transfer the product to the customer due to reasons (4)

and (5) above, we will charge 1,500 yen for processing costs and service

cancellation fee.

   These charges will be deducted from your deposit. If you would like a refund,

we will refund it to your Paypal account.

   If you do not wish for a refund, we will issue a DEPOSIT balance statement

and notify you.

  1. Pricing: The following a) and b) will be charged as fees for this service in

addition to the actual costs of international transportation.

   a) Basic service charge: 3000 yen (flat rate)

   b) Proportional shipping fee: 40% of international shipping cost

(8) Upon completion of the service, we will deduct the total billing amount from

your DEPOSIT balance, issue a deposit balance statement, and notify you.

<Conditions specific to service ②>

  1. Purchase conditions must be presented at the time of application.

(Purchasing store name, purchased item name, selling price ,etc.)

  1. After MVE presents the quotation, the service contract will become effective

once the customer’s application confirmation documents are sent and

the DEPOSIT remittance is confirmed.

  1. After the service contract takes effect, cancellation is possible until MVE

orders the product,

but a cancellation fee of 1,500 yen will be charged (offset) from the

DEPOSIT balance.

   If you would like a refund, we will refund it to your Paypal account. If you

do not wish for a refund, we will issue a DEPOSIT balance statement

and notify you.

   Generally, we cannot accept cancellations after MVE has placed an order for

the product. Cases will be dealt with on an individual basis.

  1. After the service ② contract comes into effect, if the service ② is not

successful (assuming that the sale is discontinued, etc.), you can redo

service ② or move to service ③.

(In this case, there will be no cancellation fee in ②, but you will need to renew

the contract in ③)

  1. As a fee for this service, we will charge the following a) and c) in addition to

the costs necessary for purchasing the product (including consumption tax

and domestic transportation costs) and the actual costs related to

international transportation.

a) Basic service charge:

3000 yen (flat rate)

     b) Proportional shipping fee: 5% of international shipping cost

     C) Charges proportional to the purchase amount:

15% of the purchase amount

(including consumption tax and domestic shipping)

  1. Upon completion of service execution, the total billed amount will be deducted

from the customer’s DEPOSIT balance, a deposit balance statement will be

issued, and the customer will be notified.

  1. If it becomes impossible to perform this service due to MVE’s fault,

the full amount will be refunded to your Paypal account (no fees).

<Conditions specific to service ③>

  1. Purchasing conditions must be presented at the time of application

(product name, expected sales price including domestic shipping,

special notes such as condition, etc.)

  1. After MVE presents the quotation, the service contract will become effective

once the customer’s application confirmation documents are sent and

the DEPOSIT remittance is confirmed.

  1. After the service contract takes effect, cancellation is possible until MVE

orders the product, but a cancellation fee of 1,500 yen will be charged (offset)

from the DEPOSIT balance. If you would like a refund, we will refund it to

your Paypal account. If you do not wish for a refund, we will issue a DEPOSIT balance statement and notify you.

   Generally, we cannot accept cancellations after MVE has placed an order

for the product. Cases will be dealt with on an individual basis.

  1. After the service ③ contract comes into effect, if service ③ is not successful

(for example, there are no stores that carry the desired product), it is possible

to move to service ④. (In this case, there will be no cancellation fee in ③,

but you will need to renew the contract in ④)

  1. The maximum number of information provided by MVE through this service

is limited to 5.

   If there is a discrepancy between the estimated purchase price and the actual

price for the item the customer desires, we will investigate and present

the actual price.

It is also possible that the desired product does not exist on the market at all.

In this case, based on the agreement with the customer, you can choose

between free transition to Service ④ or discontinuation of

Service ③ (cancellation fee: 1,500 yen).

  1. As a fee for this service, we will charge the following a) and c) in addition to

the costs necessary for purchasing the product (including consumption tax

and domestic transportation costs) and the actual costs related to

international transportation.

a) Basic service charge:

3000 yen (flat rate)

     b) Proportional shipping fee: 5% of international shipping cost

   C) Charges proportional to the purchase amount:

18% of the purchase amount

(including consumption tax and domestic shipping)

  1. Upon completion of service execution, the total billed amount will be deducted

from the customer’s DEPOSIT balance, a deposit balance statement will be

issued, and the customer will be notified.

  1. If it becomes impossible to perform this service due to MVE’s fault, the full

amount will be refunded to your Paypal account (no fees).

<Conditions specific to service ④>

  1. Purchasing conditions must be presented at the time of application

(name of purchased item, MAX-BID at auction “including domestic shipping”, condition, etc.)

  1. At the time of application, the customer has the choice of deciding which

auction to participate in or leaving it to MVE.

   When the customer decides on a bid ID, the ID can be presented (proposed)

by either the customer or MVE.

   If MVE determines the auction ID, the customer will be notified after ID

selection. (Option to leave ID selection to MVE)

  1. After MVE presents the quotation, the service contract will come into effect

when the customer’s application confirmation documents are sent and

the DEPOSIT remittance is confirmed.

  1. After the service contract comes into effect, cancellation is possible until

MVE makes a successful bid for the product, but a cancellation fee of

1,500 yen will be charged (offset) from the DEPOSIT balance.

   If you would like a refund, we will refund it to your Paypal account.

If you do not wish for a refund, we will issue a DEPOSIT balance statement

and notify you.

   Generally, we cannot accept cancellations after MVE has made a successful

bid for an item. Cases will be dealt with on an individual basis.

(5) Service ④ supports up to 5 auction bids.

   In addition, you can basically participate in bidding for one Auction ID once.

If you change the MAX BID and participate in multiple auctions with the

same ID, you will be required to re-estimate the deposit and remit the funds.

   A bid for the same Auction ID after changing the MAX BID will also be counted

as one bid.

If you have increased the DEPOSIT and still do not win the bid, you can choose

to keep the MAX BID or return it to the original value when making another

bid. However, even if you restore the MAX BID, the difference in DEPOSIT

will not be refunded until the transaction is canceled or completed.

  1. Disclaimer: If you are unable to make a bid for an Auction ID that has been

selected (determined) due to the deadline, it will not be counted in

the number of bid participations and the auction will be reset.

         (Including when increasing MAX BID and re-bidding)

  1. If you do not receive a successful bid after bidding 5 times, please choose

whether to cancel or continue bidding.

   If the bid fails, we will charge only 1,500 yen as the service fee for ④ up to

that point.

   There are no additional costs for canceling or continuing a bid other than

the ④ service fee of 1,500 yen.

   If you continue, you will be able to bid on up to 5 new auctions.

(In this case, if DEPOSIT is not added, the MAX BID after continuation will be

1500 yen lower than the previous value)

   If you bid on multiple auctions with overlapping periods, MVE will not bid on

the next auction until the auction with the earlier deadline ends.

  1. Pricing: The fee for this service is the cost necessary for purchasing

the product based on the actual winning bid price (including consumption tax

and domestic transportation costs) and the actual cost of international

transportation, as shown below a), c) will be charged.

a) Basic service charge:

3000 yen (flat rate)

     b) Proportional shipping fee: 5% of international shipping cost

      C) Charges proportional to the purchase amount:

18% of the purchase amount

(including consumption tax and domestic shipping)

  1. Upon completion of service execution, the total billed amount will be deducted

from the customer’s DEPOSIT balance, a deposit balance statement will be

issued, and the customer will be notified.

  1. If it becomes impossible to perform this service due to MVE’s fault, the full

amount will be refunded to your Paypal account (no fees).
